 We are excited to be a DBT provider. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist individuals in achieving their life goals and increasing effective behavior strategies. This program includes weekly individual counseling sessions, weekly skills classes, access to a 24/7 skills coaching phone line, and a DBT-specific trained staff that meets for weekly consultation to ensure that you receive high-quality DBT therapy.

DBT is used to treat various disorders, including borderline personality disorder, depression, suicidal attempts, self-harming behaviors, substance use disorders and addictions, anxiety PTSD, and other disorders. It's an effective approach for decreasing ineffective behaviors.
